About Us
Rebekah Antrosio and Jessica Christianson are high school friends who recently reacquainted at a schoolmate's wedding. A common love of travel and adventure inspired these ladies to plan a van-dwelling open-ended road trip along the Pan American highway.

Our lovely hosts, Megan and Alvaro at Casa Sacuanjoche in Granada, were kind enough to invite us to join them on a short day trip to the San Simian Resort at Laguna de Apoyo. This crater has clean, clear, crystal blue water that is great for swimming. The weather is a bit cooler which is a refreshing break from the sweltering heat of Granada. San Simian Resort is a lovely property with a bar, restaurant and five cabins. Day use is permitted for $5. Jamie and Marie are the new managers (since May 2009) and could not be nicer. The micheladas at the bar are the best we’ve had since Momax, Mexico!
